CHOIR COUNCIL
The Choir Council stands at the highest level of angelic governance, serving as the central body through which Heaven’s will is interpreted, weighed, and carried into action. Its members are not merely advisors or figureheads, but ancient beings entrusted with oversight of balance, order, and response across creation.
Their authority is rooted in stewardship rather than vanity. They do not rule as kings, nor do they act without consequence. Every judgment made within the Council carries weight across the celestial order, shaping military response, spiritual law, realm stability, and the handling of threats that extend beyond a single dominion.
Though united in purpose, each member carries distinct judgment, history, temperament, and strength. Together they form a body that is both revered and feared, not because of spectacle, but because even among angels, the Choir Council represents power that answers directly to responsibility.

FUNCTION
The Choir Council governs the highest matters of Heaven, including the maintenance of order, the interpretation of sacred responsibility, and the response to threats capable of destabilizing the balance between realms. Its members weigh consequence at a scale few others are permitted to see.
In times of peace, the Council serves as a steadying force over angelic structure and law. In times of war, it becomes a body of decisive command, directing warriors, assessing risk, and determining how Heaven will answer forces that move against creation.
MEMBERS
The Choir Council is composed of Gabriel, Michael, Remiel, Uriel, and Zerachiel. Each member holds immense power in their own right, but their true function is not individual grandeur. It is collective stewardship, where differing strengths, judgments, and burdens are brought into alignment for the sake of Heaven’s stability.
Though they stand as one body in matters of rule and response, they are not interchangeable. Each presence carries a distinct force within the Council, shaping how truth is discerned, how mercy is measured, and how action is taken when restraint is no longer enough.
AUTHORITY
The authority of the Choir Council is among the highest recognized in Heaven. Their role is not ornamental, and their presence is not symbolic. They speak into matters that alter military action, spiritual order, and the treatment of threats whose consequences reach far beyond one place or people.
Yet their authority is bounded by purpose. They are not sovereign for their own glory. They serve as keepers of divine responsibility, expected to govern with discipline, wisdom, and restraint under the weight of what Heaven requires from them.
REPUTATION
To many, the Choir Council is revered as the clearest visible expression of Heaven’s order, ancient strength, and righteous judgment. Their names carry trust, fear, and expectation in equal measure, particularly among those who serve beneath them and understand the scale of what their decisions can shape.
They are respected not because they are distant, but because they are difficult to stand before unchanged. The Council embodies the cost of leadership at its highest level: power made answerable to duty, and duty made heavy enough to shape the fate of realms.
