Hosts aren’t part of the war structure—not directly. They’re responsible for something earlier than that. Something quieter.
From what I’ve been able to piece together, they’re entrusted with the care and development of angelic life before it ever reaches the roles we see—before warriors, before command, before assignment.
They don’t operate in conflict. They prepare what will eventually enter it. And whatever that process is, it matters more than most people realize.
