FLORA & FAUNA

OF THE SEVEN HELLREALMS

Beyond the known conflicts of angels and demons, each realm sustains its own living systems—ecosystems shaped by origin, power, and balance.

Flora and fauna are not merely background to these worlds, but extensions of them. From the fertile abundance of Sutra to the volcanic resilience of Tehom, life adapts in accordance with the nature of its realm.

Some species exist in harmony with their environment. Others have evolved under pressure, magic, or imbalance. All are recorded here as part of the greater structure of Creation.

Entries are organized by realm. Select a region to explore its native plant life and wildlife.

ARCHIVAL NOTE

The following entries document the flora and fauna most closely tied to each realm—those that shape its landscape, sustain its cycles, and define its identity.

Naraka’s native ecology remains controlled, yet animals from Earth are occasionally present. The Underground continues to pull select species across realms, and before the curse, livestock and working animals were imported in greater numbers. Now, these creatures exist in smaller, controlled populations, appearing within specific labor systems, enclosed environments, or managed use within the realm.

What is recorded here represents what belongs—not everything that may be found. Certain species are traded carefully, as not all adapt well outside their native realm.

TEHOM FLORA & FAUNA

The flora and fauna of Tehom are shaped by cold sea winds, fertile lowlands, and the harsher wild edges of the realm. They move through field, orchard, cliff, marsh, and dark water as part of Tehom’s living natural order.

Some are cultivated, harvested, or worked alongside demonkind, while others remain watchful, territorial, or predatory in the untamed stretches beyond settled land. Together they form the breathing life of the realm.

DHUMA FLORA & FAUNA

The flora and fauna of Dhuma are shaped by shadowed wetlands, silver-grown fields, basin waters, and the strange dim light of the realm itself. Together they form a living ecosystem of endurance, restraint, and quiet adaptation beneath the dark.

Some growths sustain, soothe, or reveal, while the creatures of the realm drift, graze, burrow, hunt, or move through dark water and lowland mist. Each belongs to Dhuma’s natural balance, where life does not flourish in abundance, but persists with purpose.

SUTRA FLORA & FAUNA

The flora and fauna of Sutra are shaped by fertile valleys, orchard terraces, clear rivers, golden grasses, and the steady abundance of the Realm of Plenty. Together they form a living ecosystem of beauty, balance, nourishment, and quiet strength.

Some growths sustain, flavor, heal, or mark the turning of the realm’s cultivated seasons, while the creatures of Sutra graze, soar, swim, burrow, pollinate, guard, and move in close rhythm with the land. Each belongs to Sutra’s natural order, where life flourishes through harmony rather than excess.

LOKA FLORA & FAUNA

The flora and fauna of Loka are shaped by warm island climates, flowing water roots, dense canopy growth, and humid jungle paths. Together they form a living ecosystem of sensory richness, balance, and quiet movement.

Growth thrives through water, light, and heat, while creatures move through canopy, shoreline, and current in natural rhythm with the land. Each belongs to Loka’s living system, where life adapts, flows, and endures without force.
